1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and GG555 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the GG555 platform at https://gg555.cam, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the GG555 platform. Your continued use of GG555 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

GG555 is an English-language online gaming information and services platform targeting users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. We do not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial or federal authority. Users are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before participation.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by an individual upon successful completion of the registration process on GG555.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds and winnings, as applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by GG555 under specific promotional schemes, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, software, data, tools, interfaces and other materials available on or through the GG555 platform.
• "GG555" / "Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting information platform operated at https://gg555.cam.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the GG555 platform is unlawful or restricted under applicable law.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet or stake placed using real deposited funds (as distinct from bonus or free-play credits).
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, information and support services provided by or through GG555.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or holds a registered Account on GG555.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on GG555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2. You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing GG555 from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
4. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by GG555 or any recognised responsible gambling programme applicable to your jurisdiction.
6. You have not previously had an Account terminated by GG555 for breach of these Terms.
7. You are not an employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of GG555 or any associated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

GG555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable identification documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by GG555 may result in Account suspension or termination.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of GG555 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details to keep them accurate and complete at all times.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on GG555. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, GG555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets and withhold any balances pending a full investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. GG555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify GG555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration — including misrepresenting your age, identity or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

GG555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use is expressly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use any automated software, bot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access or interact with the GG555 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology used by GG555.
• Upload or transmit any virus, malware, trojan or other malicious code to the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempt to access any Account other than your own, or probe, scan or test the security of the platform's infrastructure.
• Reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any GG555 Content without express written permission.

5.3 Platform Availability

GG555 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause temporary outages. GG555 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. GG555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are determined by the applicable operator and are subject to change without notice. All deposits are processed in the currency specified at the time of transaction, which may include Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported by the operator.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full. GG555 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests in excess of PKR 25,000 or equivalent thresholds as determined by the operator. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the operator's standard processing schedule.

6.3 Currency and Exchange

Where transactions are processed in a currency other than PKR, applicable exchange rates and any associated conversion fees will be applied at the time of processing. GG555 bears no responsibility for fluctuations in exchange rates or charges applied by your payment provider or financial institution.

6.4 Refused Transactions

GG555 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, GG555 may freeze the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility for Promotions

Promotional offers available on GG555 are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. General eligibility conditions require that the User hold a verified Account in good standing and have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds requirements and time limits applicable to each bonus are detailed in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on certain markets — including but not limited to matched betting, zero-margin markets or cashed-out bets — may not contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

GG555 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated play designed to exploit bonus conditions, or any other behaviour determined by GG555 to constitute abuse of promotional terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, Account suspension and permanent exclusion from all future promotions.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

GG555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a User's Account prior to the modification, unless there is evidence of abuse or misrepresentation.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

GG555 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation, pricing errors or system faults. Bets are only accepted when sufficient funds are available in the User's Account at the time of placement. Confirmation of a bet does not guarantee that the event will proceed or that the result will be settled in any particular manner.

8.2 Sports Betting Context

GG555 covers a wide range of sports markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 franchise matches, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other live sports events. Betting markets are offered subject to the rules of the relevant sport's governing body. In the event of any discrepancy between a displayed price and the official settlement price, GG555's determination shall be final.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond the specified postponement window, obvious pricing errors, system malfunction at the time of bet placement, or where the User has breached these Terms in connection with the placement of the bet. Void bets will be refunded to the User's Account at the original stake amount.

8.4 Disputes

Any dispute relating to the outcome or settlement of a bet must be raised with GG555 support within 72 hours of the event's official conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted. GG555's decision on all betting disputes, once final, is binding on the User.

9 Responsible Gambling

GG555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. As part of this commitment, the following player protection tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering will be restricted until the limit period resets or the User requests a reduction.
• Session Time Limits: Users may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions. Once the time limit is reached, the User will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Users of the time elapsed during a session are available and can be configured within Account settings.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from GG555 may do so by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

GG555 complies with the responsible gambling requirements of its licensing jurisdiction and encourages all Users to gamble within their means. Gambling is intended as entertainment. If gambling is causing financial hardship, emotional distress or relationship difficulties, we strongly encourage you to seek appropriate support.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the GG555 platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, design elements, databases, written content and audiovisual materials, are owned by or licensed to GG555. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in GG555's intellectual property beyond the limited licence described in Section 5.1.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from any GG555 Content without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of GG555 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

User-generated content submitted to GG555 — including feedback, reviews or support communications — is granted to GG555 on a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence for internal use, subject to our Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GG555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the GG555 platform, regardless of whether GG555 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

GG555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

GG555 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by GG555

GG555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive conduct, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected money laundering or any activity that GG555 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Users.

12.2 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of any pending wagering obligations.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, your licence to use the GG555 platform ceases immediately. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements at the time of termination will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11 and 13 — shall remain in full force and effect.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GG555 holds its primary operating licence, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation.

GG555 does not operate under a licence issued by any Pakistani authority and does not represent that the Services are lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users access and use GG555 entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. This clause does not constitute legal advice.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through GG555's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution authority as specified by the operator's licence terms.

14 Amendments to These Terms

GG555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, GG555 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of GG555 following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. GG555 recommends reviewing the Terms at least once every three months.
